A ‘lil bit about Andorka’s Sandwich Shop

Matt Andorka started his namesake sandwich shop because he loves baking fresh bread, and making delicious sandwiches. The shop officially took its home in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago on January 8, 2015, and has kept the vintage homestyle charm of the building in which it resides.

Matt bakes all of the bread for the sandwiches in-house, and strives to use all local produce, products and meats from some of the finest purveyors available. All of the potato chips are made fresh daily, and much of the small but mighty menu is made in-house, to ensure quality and freshness.
